Super Scratch

Kia Ora bloggers Sophie here, this week and last week for cyber smart we have learned how to work Scratch, some kids already knew but it was fun for me to learn. I did a game where to get points you have to tap the ball to get one point! Have you been on scratch before? I hope you like my blog post. Wonderful Wonder

     

Kia Ora Sophie here, this past week Roberts Literacy has started their novel study the options were Wonder, Fing, Gangsta Granny, and Danny the champion of the world. I choose Wonder which is about this boy who was born with a different face and he was too scared to go to school cause people would make fun of him. But he Stepped up his confidence and started school. I have not finished yet. Have you read or seen the movie?

Kia Ora Sophie here, for maths we have been doing Transformations. I have nearly finished but not yet. My math teacher is Mrs. Atkinson she is very helpful which is good. I really liked doing this it was good fun. Have you done Transformations before? See you next time!

Fabulous Food science

 

Kia Ora Sophie here, we started learning about what bugs you can eat, to be honest, it's kind of disgusting. I found this topic easy to write and find information about, I also found it fun to learn about. Did you know any of these bugs could be eaten? I was surprised by all the information I read about. If you were camping or tramping these bugs are good to eat because they give you high energy and protein. I have not finished yet.

Terrific Te Reo Animation

 

Kia Ora Bloggers, Sophie here. On Thursday we started these Te Reo animations. I did mine with my friend Aliah. We did ours at a pet store and I have to ask for stuff. For example, I might ask for a Kuri which is a dog. We have not finished yet. See you next time.

 

Kia ora Sophie here for literacy we were doing Maori food legends. Mine is called the terrific tomato its on the last page. How has your lockdown been going?

 

Kia Ora Sophie here because of lockdown we have done zoom meetings starting yesterday. We had tasks to do which were to make a story or you could do Tinirau and the Whale and put it in your own words I did that one. I hope you enjoy learning about Tinirau and the Whale. Do you think we will get out of lockdown today?
